Whistleblower

We strive to continuously improve and prevent serious misconduct within the organization. We encourage to actively notice and report any misconduct or deficiencies. Raising alarms about such issues is important to us because it helps us maintain a high level of business ethics and ensures that we act in accordance with our core values.

When should the whistleblowing function be used?
The function should be used if you suspect serious irregularities within the business. An irregularity could, for example, be:
– Bribery
– Fraud
– Embezzlement
– Theft, corruption
As a reporter, you must have reasonable grounds at the time of reporting to believe that the information about the misconduct is true.

Who can report?
It is not only employees who have the right to whistleblow. Anyone who belongs to the following categories also has the right to report and has been provided with our whistleblowing procedures:
– Anyone who inquires about or applies for a job with us.
– Anyone who applies for or performs voluntary work with us.
– Anyone who applies for or undertakes an internship with us.
– Anyone otherwise available to perform work under our control and management.
– Anyone who is a self-employed contractor and applies for or performs assignments for us.
– Anyone available to be part of or is part of a company’s management, supervisory, or governing body with us.
– Anyone who has belonged to any of the above categories and has received or obtained information during their time in our operations.

Who can be reported?
The person being reported must hold a senior or key position within the company, such as a senior manager or someone responsible for large purchases or other critical business functions.
